Please download the NEW  2010-2011 Athletic Packet
 
Complete entire form and turn in to your coach or JoAnn Schmidt prior to try-outs.  Athletes who play more than one sport will only need to have one packet completed for the entire school year.

Coaches

Please download the NEW  2010-2011 Coaching Packet and turn in to Rosi Susalla, Mira Mesa Site Manager. She will process all staff and walk-on coaches.

Make sure you are up to date (and have turned in copies of)-

  1. Coaching Certification
  2. CPR/ First Aid cards
  3. Walk-on coaches: TB Test
